А-DQ(ZN-GYSR)2Y xTyЕ 2,7kN is a multi-fiber optical cable with a polytube design (6-144 fibers) designed for installation in soils of categories 1-3, cable sewers and pipelines. It is suitable for use in distribution and trunk sections of networks, FTTB/FTTx, in particular for connecting apartment buildings, industrial and office buildings. The central glass rod and peripheral glass rovings provide resistance to mechanical stress during installation. Laminated corrugated metal tape is used for protection against rodents, which also serves as external armour. The fibers are placed in tubes filled with a hydrophobic gel, and the gaps between the tubes core are additionally protected by water-blocking tape. Optionally, a special gel can be applied between tubes core to protect against moisture. The cable can withstand a permissible short-term tensile force of up to 2.7 kN. The outer sheath is made of UV-stabilized high-density polyethylene (HDPE), resistant to aggressive external environments.
