OKV(a0,2)2B-ng-02 is a duplex optical cable of ZIP type designed for manufacturing of connecting cords (duplex patch cords). It is used in server rooms, telecommunication cabinets and data centres. By default, it is equipped with G.657.A1 fibres with increased flexibility. The aramid strands act as flexible cable strength elements in tight spaces. The sheath is made of halogen-free material (LSZH), which ensures safe indoor use. The cable is easy to handle and can be easily split into two single-mode channels if required. Alternative names: duplex cable, ZIP cable, patch cord duplex.
