All-dielectric

Riser type optical cables with loosely packed fibres are the optimal solution for vertical installation of optical networks in multi-storey residential buildings and providing FTTH access to subscribers. The robust outer sheath of the cable made of LSZH compound, reinforced with glass fibres, serves as a vertical channel (riser). Individual flexible optical fibres of the G.657.A1 standard in a buffer coating are in a free state in the cable and can be easily pulled out at the points of connection to the subscriber cable for further signal transmission to each individual room. The optical riser cable is best combined with 3mm round subscriber cables ОКВ(с0.3) та ОКВ(с0.3)Б, or with a flat FTTH(c0.3).

Cable construction

  1. Optical fibres in a buffer coating: Single-mode Rec. ITU-T G.657.А1
  2. Peripheral strength member: FRP rod
  3. Protection jacket: Thermoplastic LSZH, white, UV resistance
