OCW Simplex W 2.8 mm G.657.A1 is a single-mode optical cable for the manufacture of white connecting cords (patch cords). It is intended for use in server rooms, telecommunication cabinets, data centres. It is suitable for tight laying in trays and mini-tracking. The G.657.A1 fibre and aramid yarns provide resistance to bending and reduce the risk of damage when installed in confined spaces. The sheath is halogen-free (LSZH) and the cable diameter is 2.8 mm. It can be used as a subscriber cable in cases where there are no high requirements for mechanical resistance to tension and sheath strength.
