What you need to do

• Consulting on the range and technical parameters of products (optical communication cables);
• Accepting inquiries and orders from customers, cross-selling. Active customer search is not required, but is welcome;
• Maintaining a customer database in CRM and accounting system;
• Formation of commercial offers, primary documentation (invoices, expense reports, etc.), drawing up standard contracts;
• Supporting clients from the first consultation to shipment;
• Interaction with the production department, management of the process of passing orders through production and warehouse;
• Financial control of customer orders.

Requirements

• Work experience of 1 year or more in supporting customers, preferably in B2B, forming primary documentation;
• Ability to learn quickly, absorb a lot of technical information;
• Communicative skills, initiative, focus on results, independence and discipline, attentiveness;
• Knowledge of office programs and ability to work in the accounting system;
• Knowledge of English at the level of fluent communication is a great advantage, is a bonus
